This page covers scopedive.com, the public website of ScopeDive Technologies LLC (“ScopeDive”). It is short because the site collects very little. The ScopeDive app at app.scopedive.ai is separate and has its own terms once you have an account.

What the early-access form collects

When you request early access we ask for:

Why we collect it

To confirm your email address, review your request, and get in touch with you about setting up your company in ScopeDive. We read every request ourselves. The company answers help us set up your account properly.

We may also send occasional product updates to the email address you give us. You can unsubscribe at any time, or write to hello@scopedive.com and we will stop. We do not sell your information or share it with other companies.

Where it goes

The form sends your answers over an encrypted connection to the ScopeDive application at app.scopedive.ai, where they are stored in our database. This website does not store them.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from scopedive.com itself, so no font provider sees your visit. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes ordinary request logs to deliver and protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while we are dealing with it and, if you become a customer, as part of your account. If we do not go ahead together, we keep it only until you ask us to delete it.

Asking us to delete or correct it

Email hello@scopedive.com from the address you signed up with and tell us what you want removed or changed. A person will reply and take care of it.
